At NIMVIX SDN. BHD., we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and associated terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MYT) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone via SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).

2. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

We currently ship within Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) and select international destinations upon request.

  • Domestic Deliveries:
    Carried out by reliable courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL eCommerce, and others.
  • International Shipping:
    Available for select countries. Please contact us at nimvix@outlook.com prior to placing an order for international shipping arrangements and cost estimates.

Please note: Estimated delivery times do not include processing time, customs clearance delays, or unforeseen courier issues.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order.

  • Standard Shipping Rates: Vary by region and item type.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: Occasionally available for qualifying orders (e.g. minimum spend or during promotional periods).

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, even in the event of a return (unless due to product defect or shipping error).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays or peak periods (e.g., Hari Raya, Christmas, etc.)
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you with tracking and resolution.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcels

We will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the packaging and item(s), and a description of the issue.
  3. We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
