Return Policy

At NIMVIX SDN. BHD., we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below for details on how we can assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, or Non-returnable.
  • Opened accessories with hygiene seals (e.g. earphones, screen protectors) unless faulty.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at nimvix@outlook.com or +6017 764 4820 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us.

Note: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrongly sent items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • All other returns (e.g., change of mind): The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping your receipt or tracking number until the return is confirmed.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered as an alternative.

If your return is rejected (e.g. item not in returnable condition), we will notify you and arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your cost.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or e-wallet statement.
  • Then, contact your payment provider or bank — processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at nimvix@outlook.com.
